The Continuity of Existence

The Bandaiyan Government is not a “new” entity, nor is it a “different” path. It is the continuation of a sovereign existence that has flourished for over 60,000 years. We are the stewards of a lineage that predates every colonial structure and imperialist border. We do not ask for recognition from the systems that sought to erase us; we simply resume the governance that has always been our inherent right.

The Era of the Great Attack

We acknowledge that for several generations, our people have been subjected to a brutal, multifaceted attack by colonialist imperialism. This was a deliberate attempt to destroy our faith, dismantle our guidance, and sever our connection to the Lore. The confusion and loss of faith seen today are not failures of our people, but the wounds of a long-standing war against our sovereignty.

The Restoration of Faith and Guidance

The Bandaiyan Government exists to heal those wounds and restore the guidance that was targeted for destruction. We reclaim:

  • The 60,000-Year Ancestral Link: Reconnecting the spirit of the people to the ancient body of the landmass.
  • The Lore as Supreme Law: Moving beyond the “broken tools” of imperialist law to return to the enduring truth of the Land.
  • Biological Sovereignty: Taking back the absolute protection of our Life, Food, and Water from those who treat them as commodities.
  • The Sanctuary of Truth: Providing a secure space to document the “Dark Truth” of the past and the sovereign reality of the future.

Authority by Inherent Right

The Declaration of Existence

This Sanctuary does not exist by the permission or allowance of any external administration. It is the manifestation of the Sovereign Will and Want of the Indigenous peoples. Our authority is inherent—born from an unbroken connection to the landmass and governed by the Lore of the Ancestors. We do not look to failing systems for recognition; we stand as the primary Sanctuary for our own life, food, and water.

The Articles of Necessity

We acknowledge the total systemic failure of past and present administrations to protect the biological and spiritual sanctity of this land. We recognize:

  • The Violation of Trust: The prioritizing of economic gain over the preservation of Life.
  • The Cultivation of Deception: The use of opaque agendas to obscure the Dark Truth of global conflicts.
  • The Abandonment of Duty: The failure to provide a secure, authenticated framework for human survival.

The Statement of Want

Because the old structures have failed, the Bandaiyan Government reclaims the following by the Will of the People:

  • The Want for Biological Security: The absolute right to manage and protect our Food and Water resources.
  • The Want for Lore Integration: A return to the Universal Oneness where law is anchored in the spirit of the land.
